1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PhotoToScan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PhotoToScan provides document photo cleanup services. Users upload photos of documents, and the Service processes them to produce cleaner, more scan-like results available for download as JPG or PDF files.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account using Google Sign-In to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Scan Packs and Payment

New accounts receive 3 free scans. Additional scans may be purchased through one-time scan packs. All purchases are final. Scan balances do not expire.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload content you do not have the right to process, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. The Service does not claim ownership of your content. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PhotoToScan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
